To complete your registration,
you will need the following information:

A valid email address, phone number and mailing address for your Payroll department

The IWO or NMSN you received in the mail

Your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN)

About Your Employee
|
Refer to the letter you received from the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. Then follow these steps:

Type the employee's SSN as it appears on the order.

Select the type of order (NMSN or IWO)

Click the calendar icon and select the date that the order was issued

Click "Proceed to Step 2"
